Terms governing your use of AI Clothes Changer

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AI Clothes Changer at ai-clotheschanger.app, including its websites, accounts, AI outfit-generation tools, credits, subscriptions, downloads, and sharing features.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and able to enter a binding agreement.
AI Clothes Changer lets you upload a person or model photo, provide garment references or a written outfit description, and request an AI-generated image with a changed outfit. Results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, realistic, unique, available, or suitable for your intended use.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve the product, or respond to provider availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your login method, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, share, or use another person’s account without permission.
You retain the rights you hold in photos, garment references, prompts, and other content you submit ("Input"). You represent that:
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process Input only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and meet legal obligations.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing each result before publishing or relying on it.
AI output may resemble existing people, clothing, logos, designs, or other material and may not be exclusive. We do not promise that an output is protectable, non-infringing, or cleared for a particular use. These Terms do not give you rights to another person’s likeness, a brand, or third-party intellectual property.

We may block Input or output, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or comply with law.
Some generations require credits. Prices, credit costs, included allowances, expiration periods, taxes, and plan features are shown in the product or at checkout and may change for future purchases.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as displayed when issued or purchased. If a generation job fails before producing a result, credits charged for that failed job are automatically returned when our systems identify the failure. Dissatisfaction with a successfully completed result does not by itself entitle you to a credit or cash refund.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases are non-refundable. Payment processing is provided by a third-party payment processor and may be subject to additional terms.
We may store Input, output, and job information to provide generation, history, downloads, support, security, and abuse prevention. Available deletion controls and our retention practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Anyone with an active share link may be able to view the shared result and related information. You are responsible for what you share and with whom. Revoke a link if it should no longer be available.
The service depends on third-party providers for AI processing, authentication, storage, infrastructure, payment, email, and other functions. Their availability and terms may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
You may stop using the service or delete your account using available controls. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically practical.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.
The service and all generated results are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that results will meet your expectations.
AI-generated images can contain errors, artifacts, altered details, or unexpected content. Do not rely on them as factual records or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Clothes Changer and its operators, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business, or opportunities arising from the service.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so these provisions apply only to the extent permitted.
We may update these Terms when the product, law, or our business changes. We will publish the updated Terms and revise the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
